This includes the children of our teachers and staff. We are proud to make available onsite childcare to our staff and to our teen parents, who also are continuing to work on their education. We’ve also seen tremendous response from our employees to our free pre-kindergarten program. These initiatives may seem small, but they reach the hearts of moms and dads, and we are proud to be designated a Best Place for Working Parents! At first, I was hesitant about completing the assessment because there was a natural uncertainty about what the results would be, but it was a simple process, and it allowed us to reflect on our organization and the practices we have in place.”
