This supportive group offers a safe and nurturing space for expecting mothers to slow down\, connect\, and build tools for a healthier\, more confident pregnancy journey. \nParticipants will experience hands-on emotional support\, guided breathing techniques\, nutrition support\, mindset guidance\, and comfort strategies to help manage stress and prepare for birth.
