DESCRIPTION:Fit For Us is a fun and welcoming fitness class designed for moms who want to stay active while spending time with their young children. This program uses resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to help participants build strength\, improve flexibility\, and support overall wellness in a supportive group environment. \nChildren ages 2–5 are welcome to participate alongside their caregivers with simple movement activities designed just for them.
