El Smithville Care-A-Van tiene lugar el tercer jueves de cada mes, de 17:00 a 19:00, en MLK Park 101 Ken Blaschke Dr, Smithville, Texas.<\/p>\n
Nuestro Care-A-Van lleva actividades recreativas gratuitas directamente a vecindarios que pueden tener acceso limitado a parques y \u00e1reas de juego, ofreciendo f\u00fatbol, baloncesto, tiro con arco, juegos de persecuci\u00f3n, carpas de lectura y oportunidades de juego creativo que fomentan la interacci\u00f3n positiva entre padres e hijos y fortalecen la conexi\u00f3n familiar.<\/p>\n
Mientras los ni\u00f1os participan en actividades seguras y atractivas, los padres y cuidadores pueden conectarse con nuestros Embajadores de Padres y Promotores de Salud Comunitaria para obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre programas y apoyos locales, incluyendo inscripci\u00f3n en beneficios p\u00fablicos (SNAP, WIC y Medicaid), servicios de primera infancia, programas de desarrollo laboral, oportunidades de alfabetizaci\u00f3n digital, programas de visitas al hogar y asistencia para necesidades b\u00e1sicas.<\/p>\n
Los eventos Care-A-Van est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para eliminar barreras, conocer a las familias donde est\u00e1n y crear factores de protecci\u00f3n s\u00f3lidos que ayuden a los ni\u00f1os a prosperar y a entrar en la escuela preparados para triunfar.
