Next Level is a free\, hands-on digital skills class designed to help participants feel more confident using Zoom for meetings\, job opportunities\, and everyday communication. This supportive learning environment gives participants the opportunity to build practical technology skills while learning at their own pace. \nIn this class\, participants will learn how to join Zoom meetings\, use audio and video features\, send chat messages\, and navigate key tools commonly used for work\, virtual appointments\, school\, and daily communication. DESCRIPTION:Fit For Us is a fun and welcoming fitness class designed for moms who want to stay active while spending time with their young children. This program uses resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to help participants build strength\, improve flexibility\, and support overall wellness in a supportive group environment. \nChildren ages 2–5 are welcome to participate alongside their caregivers with simple movement activities designed just for them.
