Dear Community Partners,
Over the past six months, Bastrop County Cares (BCC) and Bastrop Accountable Communities Health Initiative (BCACH) have been collaborating with the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service’s CONNECT program, an initiative run out of the University of Texas at Austin. The purpose for us teaming up is to develop a community dashboard for the Bastrop County community. We have reached a point where we now have a working version of this dashboard and would like to begin incorporating your feedback to make this tool as useful as possible before rolling it out to the public for community use.
We have developed a survey to collect your feedback and suggestions for improvement. The survey is brief and should only require 5 – 10 minutes to complete. All responses will be used only for the purpose of helping us to determine if we need to make any improvement or revisions to the data dashboard.
