BASTROP C.A.T.S.

Bastrop Cats Anonymous TNR Society (Bastrop CATS) is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of community cats in Bastrop, Texas . We are a small “boots on the ground,” 100% volunteer- based organization. We are not an animal shelter and do not have a facility to take in owner-surrendered cats. We focus our efforts on making the largest impact in our community through promoting and facilitating a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). Sterilizing community cats improves the lives of these community cats by preventing breeding. We provide resources to the community to humanely and effectively manage community cat populations.
