Our community health center offers Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Senior Health, Women's Wellness, OB (pregnancy) care, Behavioral and Mental Health care, and Dental care for adults and children. Care includes acute, chronic conditions, and preventive care.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most insurance plans. Uninsured patients may qualify for a sliding scale according to income or other programs including Texas Healthy Women, Family Planning, and Title V for children. All are welcome.
