Offers primary and acute medical care for
all ages, including prevention, diagnosis and
treatment of chronic conditions. In Bastrop,
our community health center offers Family
Medicine, Pediatrics, Senior Health, Women’s
Wellness, Behavioral and Mental Health, and
Dentistry. We accept Medicaid, CHIP, and
most insurance plans. Uninsured patients are
welcome and pay on an affordable sliding scale
according to income.
