    B-WELL Bumps is a free, 6-week prenatal wellness series designed to care for the whole mom, not just the pregnancy. This supportive group offers a safe and nurturing space for expecting mothers to slow down, connect, and build tools for a healthier, more confident pregnancy journey. Participants will experience hands-on emotional support, guided breathing techniques, nutrition support, mindset guidance, and comfort strategies to help manage stress and prepare for birth. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply looking for community, B-WELL Bumps is here to support you every step of the way.
