Tiny Tales and Sensory Play

Monthly Tiny Tales & Sensory Play is a fun, interactive program for infants, toddlers, and their caregivers that combines storytime with hands-on sensory play. Each month features a new book and theme, encouraging early literacy, curiosity, and developmental play in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.

Families can enjoy interactive sensory activities, engaging storytime through the Library Awareness Program (LAP), and connections to helpful community resources. Free baby items are also available while supplies last.

Program Schedule:

  • Elgin: Every 3rd Monday of the month, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    216 W 3rd St, Elgin, TX

  • Bastrop: Every 4th Thursday of the month, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Bastrop Public Library, 1100 Church St, Bastrop, TX
