Bastrop Cares, in partnership with community partners, is hosting a Dump Your Junk Day to help Stony Point residents dispose of unwanted household items safely and conveniently. This one-day event provides a free opportunity to clear out bulky items, yard waste, and other materials that are difficult to discard. Event Details Location: Stony Point Park, Del Valle, TX Date: Saturday, September 20 Time: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. What You Can BringResidents may bring old furniture, non-refrigerated appliances, scrap metal, mattresses, tires (with limits), and yard waste. For a complete list of accepted items, please check the event flyer or contact our front office (512)409-3116 What is Not AcceptedHazardous waste, paint, chemicals, and electronics will not be accepted at this event. Who Can ParticipateThis event is free and open to Stony Point residents. Proof of residency (such as a utility bill or ID) is required at drop-off.
