Mommy and Baby Pilates

Join Bastrop County Cares our no cost Mommy & Baby Pilates Classes at the Bastrop Public Library, offered through our Child & Family Programs, which provide support, resources, and opportunities for families with children ages 0–5.

This event is designed to create a welcoming space where moms can focus on their own well-being while spending meaningful time with their little ones and connecting with other families in the community.

Participants will enjoy one hour of gentle, energizing Pilates designed for moms and their babies. The class provides an opportunity to move, build strength, reduce stress, and practice self-care in an environment where babies are welcome. After the class, families are invited to stay for an additional hour to relax, meet other moms, build new connections, and explore free community resources and family support services.

Through our Child & Family Programs, Bastrop County Cares works to strengthen families, encourage healthy early childhood development, and connect parents and caregivers with the resources they need during the critical first five years of a child’s life.
