Monthly Baby & Mommy Yoga

Monthly Baby & Mommy Yoga is a welcoming, family-friendly wellness program designed to support moms and their babies ages 0–3 years old through movement, connection, and community. Each session includes one hour of gentle, guided yoga focused on bonding, stretching, and relaxation, followed by an additional hour for free books, community resources, and special goodies for moms.

This program is offered monthly in both Elgin and Bastrop, providing a supportive space for caregivers to prioritize wellness while building meaningful connections with other families. Babies are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required.
