Stony Point Park Summer Food Distribution

An open cardboard food box filled with shelf-stable food items, including pasta, crackers, sunflower kernels, trail mix, instant meals, snack packs, hummus, beef sticks, cereal, and other nutritious pantry staples prepared for community food distribution.

Stony Point Park Summer Food Distribution

Bastrop County Cares is partnering with the Central Texas Food Bank, Friendship Bible Church, Community of Hope, and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) to provide free, nutritious meals to children and teens ages 1–18 throughout the summer.

The Stony Point Park distribution will take place at 105 Stony Creek Drive on June 10, June 24, July 8, July 22, August 5, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Food distribution begins at 1:00 p.m. and continues until 3:00 p.m. or until all food boxes have been distributed. No registration or proof of income is required.

Each child must be present at pickup. If the child cannot attend, a parent or guardian must provide documentation verifying the child, such as a school enrollment letter, report card, school attendance record or parent portal screenshot, birth certificate (for children not yet in school), or student ID.
