Noemi Guerra has been selected as the new BCACH Director.
Noemi brings experience and understanding of our organization, having worked with the migrant education program she identified the needs families encounter with their migratory lifestyle and provided guidance to obtain economic stability. Noemi graduated from the University of Houston-Downtown in 2019 with a B.S. in Psychology . She has been a Bastrop resident for over 15 years and has seen the changes and the needs the community has. She is a mother of 4 boys one who has graduated from Bastrop ISD and 3 who are currently attending.
