Harmony Fest: A Stress Free Day of Wellness and Community Connection

We’re thrilled to share the success of our recent Harmony Fest event, hosted by the Faith Collaborative on March 9 at 10 AM at the First United Methodist Church in Bastrop. It was a day filled with uplifting experiences and a harmonious blend of activities for the mind, body, and soul.

A huge thank you to our talented movement facilitators who made the day truly special:

  • David Harwell for his energetic Bollywood dance session
  • Elizabeth Sierra for leading an exhilarating Zumba Dance session
  • BCOC Flag Dancers for their inspiring praise and worship using flags
  • Amber Williams for her beautiful singing bowls meditation
  • Krissy Voutas for facilitating a calming yoga class
  • Cicely Hall for rocking the house with our praise-off
  • Libby Pulley for leading our seniors’ movement class, Silver Strides
