Comprehensive, Preventive and Primary Health Care

We offer behavioral health services. Dental is referred to our Bastrop Community Health Center or our Family Health Center at Elgin. We offer pediatric care including newborn through adolescent ages. Our care includes preventative following Texas Health Steps, acute care, and care for chronic conditions.

We accept Medicaid, CHIP, most insurance plans. Uninsured are accepted on a sliding fee scale according to income or utilize Title V. All are welcome.
