Bastrop County Cares, Combined Community Action, and Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area provide a wealth of services to at risk communities in our area and making sure our senior neighbors have all the tools and resources they need in order to stay independent in their homes. This event will be an opportunity for you to spotlight your services to the local community and connect with them on an individual basis. We expect individuals from all corners of Bastrop County and surrounding areas seeking to gain knowledge as to what is offered for our elderly neighbors. Through our partnership with CARTS, we are offering transport to the expo from surrounding towns.
Each exhibitor will receive, in addition to their reserved space:
– Ad placement in our expo program included for a ‘business card size’ ad, with the opportunity for a larger ad for a fee
– Company/Agency name and logo included on jumbo screen rotation of sponsors
– A flyer or brochure (provided by vendor no later than November 7th) placed in swag bags for attendees

We ask that each vendor donate an item for door prizes. The item can be a promotional or general item, we do ask that it be retail valued between $10-$20
